Terms & conditions.

Read the important details before placing an order

Currency and payment. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude postage and handling. Full payment is required before completed items and customer originals are returned.

Supplying originals. Photographs, slides and negatives must be supplied in the order they should appear. For multiple audio items, supply a list showing the required order and any editing instructions.

Original quality. Finished quality depends on the supplied recording. Dave will do his best to reduce noise or improve material where possible, but faults in an original cannot always be removed. Additional editing or enhancement may cost extra.

Playback formats. Video files are normally supplied as MPEG-2 and audio as WAV. Other formats are available on request. Customers should confirm compatibility with their television or media player and keep a backup copy.

Copyright. Only personal material, or material for which the customer owns the copyright, can be copied. Commercial video and audio cannot be copied.

Privacy and retention. All videos are kept confidential. Supplied media is returned after completion and project files are deleted from Dave’s computer after 14 days.

Checking your order. Check completed discs and files promptly to ensure they play correctly and meet expectations. The life of discs depends on correct handling and storage.

Price changes. Guide prices may change. Dave will confirm the final price before work begins.
